This may not be the highest end kit but it's good for a first timer or a casual car keeper-upper like myself. All the products work well and don't leave any annoying smells. Your car looks better afterwards and protecting your leather is never a bad idea.
Product DescriptionAvaiable also in wipe form, this conditioner and preservative is intended for quick and easy use in the care and conservation of leather. Its purpose is to maintain the strength, beauty, utility and flexibility of leather - old and new - and to restore resiliency to old or neglected leather that has become hardened and stiff. The oils in LEXOL have been modified to facilitate effective distribution of microscopically fine oil droplets which can be more readily absorbed into the leather fibers than the comparatively large droplets typical of raw oils or less fine emulsions. LEXOL¿s smaller oil droplets combine with the fibers, because of their affinity or adherence that is lacking with other oils. Thus the modified oils in LEXOL are kept under control and are retained in the area of application. In this way, LEXOL is able to nourish the leather and its fibers while protecting against migration, or seepage, into adjacent materials or surfaces. Many leather dressings utilize chemical solvents in order to facilitate penetration of oils into the leather. Such solvents can lead to ¿bleeding¿ or migrating onto adjacent materials, causing discoloration or other damage. In addition, such chemical solvents may be flammable, irritating or toxic. LEXOL does not contain any chemical solvents. As an aqueous emulsion, it achieves several objectives: (1) fiber penetration and nourishment; (2) absorption and retention in the leather; (3) control of migration or seepage. Unlike most organic solvents, LEXOL is nonflammable, odorless, non-toxic and non-sensitizing to the skin. Also, LEXOL does not impart a greasy or tacky feel to the surface of the leather.

Lexol Cleaner is adjusted to the pH of leather, so it will not harm the finish or fibers of the leather. Rinses easily and quickly with water, leaving no residue or dulling film. Use the towelette to work up a foam that lifts out the dirt. Rinse thoroughly with another clean, wet sponge or cloth. Once all traces of cleaner have been rinsed off, pat dry with a soft, 100% cotton towel. To keep your interior in top condition, clean the leather about twice a year and immediately follow with Lexol Conditioner. Do not use on suede. Our favorite leather cleaner.

I have been using Lexol leather cleaner for quite a few years. The wipes make it much more convenient.
Really convenient
I love how easy it is to just pull out a wipe and start cleaning my leather shoes. One sheet can be used for up to three of my shoes. Seems to work well, but I don't have experience with regular spray-bottle type cleaners, so I can't make an accurate comparison there.

Great for leather furniture!
This is a great product for a good price (compared to those marketed as leather furniture conditioners). It could have a better top (like a fold-out squirt dispenser) but otherwise, the leather loves it!
Supple!
The black leather seats in my GTO started out stiff and uncomfortable when new. After application of this product for six months (once a month) they are so soft, comfortable and rich looking, the difference is astounding. Buy this stuff!
Saddle Conditioner
This saddle stuff works great I worked with it on my western saddle and it works like a dream it inriches the saddle's worn leather and makes it shinier and softer so my future horse a horse I am still looking for will have a healthy horse and good condiotion western saddle this stuff is great I always make my mom take me to the nearby feed store to get this stuff it is super duper great!

Quick, easy, convenient. One sheet can condition three to four pairs of my shoes.
Hard to tell whether a leather conditioner is really working or not though... all I can say is that my shoe condition has at least stayed constant since the last time I used this product.
